Prof. Li received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in control theory and control engineering from Nankai University, China, in 1997 and 2002, respectively. Before joining Fudan University as a professor of Electronic Engineering Department in 2008, he was with City University of Hong Kong, Int. University Bremen and Shanghai Jiao Tong University as Post-doctoral Fellow, Humboldt Research Fellow and an associate professor in 2002-2004, 2005-2006 and 2004-2007, respectively. He served as Head of the Electronic Engineering Department at Fudan University in 2010-2015. Currently, he is the founding director of the Research Center of Smart Networks & Systems, School of Information Science & Engineering, Fudan University.
Prof. Li serves and served as Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-I: Regular Papers, IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Newsletter, Control Engineering Practice, and Guest Associate Editor of Int. Journal of Bifurcations and Chaos, etc. His main research interests include theories and applications of complex networks and network science, and he has (co-)authored 4 research monographs and more than 150 peer-refereed publications in journals and conferences.
Prof. Li received the IEEE Guillemin-Cauer Award from the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in 2005, Shanghai Natural Science Award (1st class) in 2008, Shanghai Science and Technology Young Talents Award in 2010, National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholar of China in 2014, National Natural Science Award (2nd class) of China in 2015, the Creative Leadership of Science and Technology from Ministry of Science and Technology, China in 2015, among other awards and honors.

Dr. Li-feng WANG (王礼锋)
Dr. Wang received the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from Queen Mary, University of London, London, U.K., in 2015. He was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the department of electronic and electrical engineering, University College London, U.K. until 2019. In 2019, he joined the EE department, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, where he is currently a pre-tenured professor. His research interest include system design, control & optimization, ultra-dense heterogeneous networks, 5G radio & service technologies, V2X, energy transfer and information security.
He has been served as a Review Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters (2015-2019), and received the Exemplary Editor Certificate (10% p.a.) of the IEEE Communications Letters in 2016, 2017, 2018.
Associate Professor:
Dr. Cong Li received the B.E. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Jilin University (JLU) in 2009 and the Ph.D. degree in Intelligent Systems from Network Architectures and Services group, Delft University of Technology (TUD) in 2014 (advisor: Prof. Piet Van Mieghem, Dr. Huijuan Wang). At present, she is an associate professor, vice director of the Electronic Engineering Department, Fudan University. She serves as the secretary of NetSci Society China Chapter.
Her main research interests lie in analysis and modeling of complex networks, including network properties, dynamic processes, network of networks etc. She is PI of a National Natural Science Foundation Young Scholar Program and a Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, as well as has contributed to 1 National Natural Science Foundation Key Program, and 3 EU FP7 Frame programs and published 2 books, 1 chapter and 30+ papers, including 15 SCI papers.

Dr. Jie DING (丁洁)
Dr. Jie Ding received her B.Eng. degree in automation from Harbin Engineering University, China in 2012 and Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2018. She was a Scientist in Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore, from July 2018 to August 2019. Since September 2019, she has been with the Electronic Engineering Department, Fudan University, P.R. China, where she is currently a pre-tenure associate professor. Her research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, control & optimization and complex networks.

Dr. Dun HAN (韩敦)
Dr.Han received the Ph.D. degree in Faculty of Science from Jiangsu University in 2016. He was a joint education doctor student at the Levich Institute and Department of Physics, City College of New York in 2014 (advisor: Prof. Hernan Makse), and he visited the Network Science group of Prof. H. Eugene Stanley, Center of Polymer Studies and Department of Physics, BostonUniversity in 2017. He is currently proceeding to a post-doctoral research in Electronic Engineering Department, Fudan University.
He received the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scholar of China, and Natural science foundation of Jiangsu Province in 2018.
His main research interests includes modeling and analysis for complex networks, including evolutionary game dynamics, nonlinear dynamics, multiplex networks etc.
Dr. Qi-min XU (徐启敏)
Dr. Xu received the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2018. He is currently proceeding to a post-doctoral research in Electronic Engineering Department, Fudan University.
His research interests are focused on control theory, nonlinear systems, flexible robots, and multi-agents formation control. He has contributed to 2 patents and published 1 conference paper and 7 papers.
